Rescheduling
12-hour notice is required to reschedule. Individual sessions can only be rescheduled for the same day, or another day within the following: the same week, the week before, or the week after. However, this is dependent on availability and not guaranteed. I’ll always do my best to be flexible, but I strongly encourage you to decide on a schedule and then really commit to it. Other tempting things will always come up. But if your fitness is important to you, don’t let your workouts get resigned to the back burner. Your health is my priority, but you’ll only achieve your goals if it’s yours too. So let’s go all in, together!

Running Late
If you’re running late for a session, please let me know as soon as you can. If I haven’t heard from you by 15 minutes after the start time, the session will be cancelled.

Refunds
There are no refunds. In cases of illness, injuries, or emergencies, packages can be frozen and/or credit issued on a case-by-case basis.

Transfers
You can purchase training for yourself or someone else, but once it has been assigned to one person (or a group), the services are non-transferable.
